Position Overview:

With plans to open additional locations in 2024, we're looking for ambitious and motivated Service Managers to join our growing teams in prestigious areas. This role is perfect for leaders who are energetic, self-motivated, dedicated to consistently driving high standards and are passionate about food, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

The Service/Front of House Manager works with all management to set an example for all servers, bartenders, food runners, bussers, and hosts. The Service/Front of House Manager has a good understanding of FOH operations, recruiting/onboarding new hires, scheduling, opening, and closing procedures, inventory, etc.

The Service/Front of House Manager answers directly to and takes direction from the General Manager

To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker and take the role of a mentor and coach for your team. In addition, work with management team to ensure staff is properly greeting guests, introducing/recommending menu items and frequent table touches and keeping a clean and organized back of the house environment.

Ideal Candidate:

· 2 years working as a Service/Front of House Manager in upscale casual, high-volume restaurants.

· Experience in training new hires.

· A firm understanding of restaurant operations to include scheduling, labor management and product knowledge.

· Drives excellence and standards while exhibiting a strong fun culture.

· Ability to lead and develop a team to achieve excellence in guest experience and hospitality.

· Help to drive sales and have an understanding of managing cost margins.

· Guest-focused and hands-on approach to management

· Some experience with beverage programs and craft cocktails a plus.

Our salaries start from $50,000-$55,000 per year.

Physical Demands:

· Stand for a long period of time.

· Be able to kneel, crouch, stoop, twist, reach, push, pull and grasp throughout the day.

· Hearing and speech to communicate in person or over telephone.

· Lift up to 50 lbs.
